One of the partners at ANP, Adv. Nupoor Gupte is one of the laudable alumni of Government Law College, Mumbai. She, throughout her law career, has worked in over 11 different law firms in diversified fields. Her expertise majorly lies in Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Hospitality, Family and Succession laws, Media and Entertainment and Dispute Resolution.

She is academically gifted and being a part of numerous debates, moots and other oratory activities, her hold on the language is profound which helps her meticulously draft and vet agreements and arguments. Her prominent prowess lies in all kinds of contract drafting and Trademark Portfolio including Madrid Protocol and Provisional Refusal Replies.

The other partner at ANP, Adv. Atharv Kulkarni, graduated with meritorious record from Ferguson Law College, is specialized in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Private Client Practice, Family and Succession Laws, Banking Laws and BIS. Having completed his B.CA from BMCC, Pune, he has an outstanding understanding of business laws, media and technology.

Working throughout his law career in versatile fields such as Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property Rights as well as Regulatory and Corporate Dispute Resolution, he has gained a hands-on vast experience and knowledge about the diverse practice areas that ANP has to offer.
